This recipe came from our friend Todd at Cameron's Warehouse Liquors

Guinness Stout Cake

1     cup Guinness stout
10   tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
6     tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
2    cups granulated sugar
6    tbsp. sour cream
2    two large eggs
1    tbsp. vanilla
2    cups flour
21/2  tsp. baking soda

1.  Preheat oven to 350. Butter 9 x 13 baking pan.
2.  Heat beer and butter in large saucepan over med.-low heat, remove heat, whisk in cocoa and sugar.
3.  Combine sour cream,eggs and vanilla; whisk into cocoa mixture.  Whisk in flour and baking soda.
4.  Pour batter into pan.  Bake 40-50 min. or until cake is firm. Remove from pan.

Frosting
Beat 8oz. Softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually add 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar, beating at low speed just until blended. Add 1/2 cup cream; beat until blended.
