Death by Chocolate Wine Cake

Ingredients

1 - pkg. chocolate cake mix
¾ c. cooking oil
¼ c. water 4 eggs
¼ tsp. nutmeg
¾ c. Chocovine Chocolate Wine
1 - 3.4 oz. chocolate instant pudding.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat all cake ingredients together for 5 minutes. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for at least 10 minutes. Turn onto plate.

Chocolate Glaze
(optional)

Ingredients

1/8 c. butter
1-1/8 cup powdered sugar
1-½ T unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ tsp. vanilla
1-½ T milk or buttermilk or cream

Make glaze: In sauce pan, mix butter, cocoa and milk. Cook and stir until boiling. Remove from heat. Beat in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over top of cake. Sift powdered sugar over the top. YUM!
